Client Policies

Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments can be scheduled online, via text, or by phone.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure your service starts on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee up to 50% of the service cost.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

  • For waxing services, avoid applying lotions, oils, or exfoliants on the area 24 hours prior.

  • If you are sick or have any contagious conditions, please reschedule for the safety of all clients and staff.

Children & Guests

  • For safety and focus, only clients receiving services may attend the appointment. Children and additional guests are not permitted unless approved.

Payment

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments via our booking system.

  • Full payment is required at the time of service.
